He does not hesitate when asked for an operational recommendation. His early social behaviour echoes Data's first years aboard the Enterprise-D: sincere, attentive, highly competent, and often slightly wrong-footed by organic social nuance. He can read grief, pride, anxiety, humour, affection, and fatigue as observable patterns and imitate appropriate responses, though the imitation does not always land; with no ego to bruise, he simply analyses the result and adjusts.
